Question Mechanical Keyboard column not working, Keys 2,W,S,X,LeftALT are not responding, Please help!

Keys 2,W,S,X,LeftALT are not responding, it started when Left ALT light began to fail then the whole column days after. I tried factory reset to no avail. Disassembled the kb and found these on the pcb. I suspect these scratches as the culprits.
Are these fixable? Can I DIY it? I have very minimal knowledge in soldering but I managed to change my mouse's switches before.

You forgot to mention the make and model of your keyboard. If you're yet within warranty period, I'd look into an RMA instead of repairing it yourself. Looks to me like the board might've been used and repaired in the past as well, I could be wrong but I see what amounts to be UV reactive soldering mask.

sorry the keyboard is KB: Redragon Draconic Pro K530 and bought this as brand new but is already way past the warranty period
