Mechanical Keyboard Help

So i just got my new Razer Blackwidow ultimate with their own green clicky switches. I noticed that about 2 keys (A and 2) Do not make a clicky sound when the are pressed. they also feel a bit looser and easier to push. Would this affect gameplay much and do you know why this is caused and if there is anyway to get the clickyness back? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
