[SOLVED] Mechanical Keyboard soft switches

HyperX Alloy Elite RGB Brown Switches, mechanical keyboard, some keys are soft to press like a laptop, it's really... really annoying because sometimes they dont push and I'll just type 2 words without a space, anybody know a fix or what to do?

Contact HyperX support and get it replaced. All the keys should have more or less the same feel (space bar and other larger keys may feel different).
