Hey guys, I'm planing to buy a Corsair K70 Lux RGB keyboard with cherry mx blue switches. Why i want blue switches? Because i like the feel and the sound of the switches. When you press the button it just feels satisfying. Now the question. I'am a "youtuber" i can say and im wondering will the switches be too loud on my clips or stream? Am i going to be able to hear them on my clips, will they be anoying when you watch the video?
I was looking into Corsair rapidfire with cherry mx speed switches but the just don't feel the same...

Your Devastator is probably really quiet relative to mechanical keys so I wouldn't expect your mic. to pick up much...
My experience in discord, at least, has been that frenetic typing gets picked up. Ie: league teamfight or consistent typing.

If you want to avoid that, you should probably avoid blues. I would not classify it as deal breakingly loud, but your viewers will hear it depending on the quality of audio equipment you are using.

Well actually i have a decent mic. Because my mic doesn't pick up the noice of my keyboard and mouse that im using right know.On my clip they cant even hear the pc that is right beside me kn my desk. So...

If the noise concern is really bothering you try the brown MX switches. Not as loud, don't have the 'click' (if you will accept that discription) and are plenty quick and positive.
There are many videos and much information on the net regarding these switches, I am attaching a link to the one I used when selecting my K95 with browns. Hope this helps.

What do you think about the cherry mx speed i think that corsair made them? Corsair RGB Rapidfire has the mx speed switches i was thinking about buying the keyboard if the blue switches don't work out for me. But now that you mentioned the browns and after i read that article about them that they are the best for us...i don't know what to do xD. I like the blues bcs of the clicky sound and the feeling when you press them and i would buy the keyboard with blues 100% im just curious about the sound that they make. But i have good mic that doesn't pick up the keyboard that im using right now which is cm devastator.

Yeah i know everything about the switches...my one and only question how are the blue switches going to sound on my clip? Are they going to be too loud or just ok?

Your Devastator is probably really quiet relative to mechanical keys so I wouldn't expect your mic. to pick up much noise from them. As for the speed switches I haven't tried them, however, my brown mx are more then fast enough for me and often more sensitive then I need or want so the 'speed' version doesn't sound like something for me. Since this post if primarily concerning the noise of the keys and IF it is going to be a problem on your YouTube productions, and you like the blues (have you used any other mx keys - brown, black etc?) consider the rubber rings that are talked about in the link I posted: If you find that the blues produce too much noise, put some of those rings on them and see if that doesn't solve the problem. Kinda the best of two worlds if it works out: You have the Cherry MX blue that you like and the rings make them acceptable during your video productions.
