Mechanical keyboard WITH macros and WITHOUT num pad

Does anyone know any mechanical keyboard which has macros but doesn't have the num pad part?

That's going to be very hard to find my friend.

The reason why manufacturers make TKL Keyboards (Ten-Key-Less meaning Keyboards without num pads) is to built something compact and that takes less space. Adding macro keys on a TKL Keyboard is counter-productive as it defeats its purpose.

You won't find what you're looking for unless you go for some Chinese knock-off and Alibaba or Aliexpress. They actually sell one on Amazon:

You can detach the NumPads although that Keyboard looks horrifying.
