Med kit

Is there a med kit mod/cheat for the normal maps?
I have seen snipers and soldiers with panzershreks using a personal med
kit.
If there is one could someone tell me how?

when you find a spent medkit from a dead soldier, walk by it and hit
"g". use the kit. walk by your zook you just dropped and hit "g" again.
viola! you now have used a medkit and picked your zook back up.
