If you are playing on a PC, you can use the all weapons/medpaks cheat. Stand
Lara facing some clear fixture, wall, landmark, etc. Light a flare. Hold the
shift key. Take one step forward and one step back. Release the shift key and
turn Lara around 3 times to the right. Now jump forward. I think you'll hear
the chime and be able to see all the stuff in your inventory.
