Media Feature Pack for windows 10 pro N error

So this one is really simple, whenever i try to launch Call of duty Black ops 3 it says i need the Media Feature Pack so i downloaded it and restarted my pc, then when i try to launch black ops 3 it says i need the Media Feature Pack.... but i already have it so i cant install it again. I've tried reinstalling black ops and im still getting the problem any fixes?

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help
- Start by uninstalling BO 3.
- Once uninstalled download and install Media Feature Pack.

- Once installed reboot your laptop, after the restart re-install BO 3 then test it again.
