Question Media Monkey : keep getting message ...........Cannot Create File

keep getting message over and over...........Cannot Create File "c;\Users\mjds4\AppData\Roaming\MediaMonkey .ini" , the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another Process.
would like to know what it exactly means and how to fix it...........plezzz be as descriptive as possible on how to fix (I'm not computer wiz)

I would just put in the safe mode and delete that file if you can’t just delete it

i have thought about that , but not sure of were it is............had an old 2tb external hard drive when i 1st installed MM and think it might be there but it's really hard to find the file

It gave you the path to exactly where it is

ok so if i retype the path were do i type??? the serch box on the bottom left side (windows10) or do i open up file explorer and type it in the search box to the top right in file explorer
