How do you get brightness and colour controls up in wmp 12 please as all my videos are too dark but the desktop is ox

There are no seperate colour controls for wmp.
Go to control panel all items select display adjust colour, this would effect everything.
Try VLC Media Player a free download, see if it's better, I don't have a problem with mine.

right click to bring up the menu, go to view --> enhancements and select show enhance.

scross thru to the video settings. theres a brightness option there.
