My laptop fell down and system stop working. I took it to Repair person. He said media is out of order. So on to his advice, I changed my hard disk. I don't know how to repair it and recover my data. Repair person says that its media is creating sound. So HD won't be repaired. He said, Data could be recovered. For data recovery they demand big amount.

Please guide me what to do?

Hi there zambiz,

It is possible that the drive got physically damaged from that fall. In that case, it is unlikely to recover the data using software tools. Your safest bet for recovering it is to contact a data recovery company.
Apart from that, I guess you can attach the drive either externally(SATA to USB adapter) or internally to a desktop computer and try to access the drive right away. I guess you can use some data recovery tool as well: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1644496/lost-data-recovery.html

And in future, back up your data to an external hard drive or to optical discs - - that's what you should have done before your laptop was dropped. Anything can happen to a hard drive - it can suddenly fail, so you need to be prepared for that.

Keep your data backed up, it's so easy to do.
