I have been using a media server app (Emby) on my Amazon Fire TV to view videos on my Windows 7 SP1 PC through my wireless network for some time with no problem. I also access the PC’s server by an Android phone and an iPad. There was an upgrade of some sort of their software recently. I have not been able to access the server since with any device. The server appears on the app, but I get server unavailable messages. I have tried to ‘wake’ it with no success.
The server can be opened on the PC with no problem through my browser. I have been told that my PC is blocking access to the app. I have made no changes to my PC software recently and my firewall remains off.
I have tried a different media server app and run into the same problem. Both use port ‘8096’ for their server.
I have posted a screen shot of my firewall here:

I also have a file with its rules if needed. Does anyone see something that I’m missing, which is causing the block? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
John
