So, this PC I currently have is a hand-me-down from my friend. When I used this PC (THE VERY SAME) at his house, I would get 200 fps when not recording and without Shaders. Since he has given the computer to me, he has factory reset it, and now I run Minecraft with ~30-60 fps with all lowest settings. I can't even run shaders I used to be able to run. The issue might be the computer being factory reset, by why? And is it fixable - How can I get back up to good FPS again?

Specs >

- x4 i5 3330
- GT 720
- 8 GB of ram

I'm using OBS to record, as well. I also am using optifine.

UPDATE: My friend said his dad thinks at some point he had a software from nvidia that pushed the card. It would be useful if you could possibly find this for me, reader :)

Bump x2

I went from getting ~40 fps on minecraft, to switching the VGA cable to the graphics card port and getting 170+ FPS.
