If you want 128GB, you should buy a 4 DIMM matched set. There is no guarantee that 2 RAM kits will work together.

That is because it is very difficult to get four 32gb sticks at a reasonable speed to work together well enough to go into a kit to sell. I would spend a bit more on the PSU and choose this kit of 128 gb of RAM:
