Question mega slow wifi please help!

Hello. I have a tenda N300 router which I use to connect my laptop via wifi. However recently the speed has really slowed. Watching iplayer online keeps pausing and loading internet pages is slow.
I have no idea what to do or how to improve it.
Any advice please.

I would recommend that you replace the router. An N300 router is at least 10 year old technology. A used Asus AC68 from E-Bay would be 10X the router you currently have.
