Question Meltdown and spectre, what CPU is safe?

hi, i dont want the NSA see my while im playing an online game, if they do this, they will know all my secrets about how to kill some monsters faster than other people, and get a lot of ADENA in lineage 2

then, im in a big question

do i have to return to my pentium 3 computer 1.0ghz and buy an dual motherboard to allow 2 cpus of 1.0ghz pentium 3, and overclocking it to 3.0 with liquid refrigeration to get a Dual Core computer of at last 6.0ghz to play lineage 2 well?

ok, i have read about intel managment storage and the amd system

but it seems pentium 3 processors and pentium 4 presscot processors are safe against these exploits?

does the new intel technologies on the new CPUS are safe too? or still having these exploits or " new exploits to discover "

another question is, anyone saw how meltdown and spectre works? anyone tested them? or is this a big conspiracy theory to make us upgrade our computers? wtf

You shouldn't even be USING a Pentium 3 computer in 2019. That system is 20 years old. Not having the latest and greatest is one thing. Not having a system that at least even can be used, is something else altogether. I'm pretty sure nobody would be even interested in accessing any data that might be found on a Pentium 3 system since it would be so outdated based on the browsers and applications that could be run on that system that it would be inherently unusable, not to mention your game data, which nobody would want anyhow.

I'd suggest you send it back to where you found it and if this was an attempt at trollery, it was a poor one. And the comment about backdoors, is patently false. It's something they WANT to be true, but is currently not. There are many agencies that would like that to be the law, but unfortunately for them there are a lot more citizens that would go ballistic if it was. That's not to say that it doesn't happen, just that there is certainly no requirement for it, and in fact, it's NOT supposed to happen at all. It does though, but it also gets outed at every opportunity.

So, let's put the tin foil hats away and go back to our regularly scheduled program, already in progress, shall we.

i have a pentium 3 from year 2001 and a pentium 4 from year 2004, i was reading about meltdown and spectr vulnerabilities, checking the processor list, and it seams everything started after dual core and core 2 duo, but no one talks about if pentium 3 and first pentium 4 had intel managment engine inside the cpu

then i was wondering if that CPUs are the safest cpus of intel at the momment

i cant find a video or someone explaining in a forum how to hack someone with meltdown or spectre, for that reason i was thinking that meltdown and spectre was a marketing movement from intel and amd, to down the actions in the market, sell, and rebuy, and win more money, and too, to make all the users to buy the last processor to feel " more safe "
