Actually Ryzen's Meltdown issue wasn't hardware related. It was software related and patched by AMD ahead of time. Many sources state because the way Ryzen was effected and fixed. It wont notice those slow downs. Only Intel CPUs would because it is a software patch to a physical design issue, hence more overhead. AMD uses another propriety technology to transfer between the cache and that technology is already encrypted. So effected by the same issue with two different fixes and results due to different design infrastructures.
