[SOLVED] Mem OK led is lit, and no boot ?

My computer won't boot, however all fans come on. The mem ok led is lit and I'm assuming that is the issue.
I have so far tried to use the mem okay button, whilst all 4 sticks have been in, and while only 2 sticks have been in. Both times I have tried mem okay and each time I have taken the CMOS battery out and put it back in. I don't know where to go from here. It seems the mem ok led is staying on nomatter what I do with the ram. Could it be an issue with another part of the computer? Cheers.

I7 4790k
Kingston hyper X 1600mhz DDR3 16gb (4 sticks of 4gb)
Asus sabertooth mk 2 motherboard
GTX 980 G1
Cooler master 650w bronze

Sounds like a simple case of incompatible ram .
