Mem Test problems

I ran Memtest overnight on my two memory sticks, but when I got up the following morning I found my pc turned off, what happened?

Does it normally work fine when left on 24x7? A power failure is a possibility if you don't have a UPS.

Why not run it during the day so you can see what happens? Just sayin....

actually it was power loss that caused it, the test ran fine later. Thanks anyway
