Hello,

If I gain control af a permamanent with Memnarch, what happens to that
permaments equipment, that is equipping it? I know that enchantments, like
vigilance stay on, but I am not too sure about the actual equipments. and
does that permanent have summoning sickness.

Assume that permanents in this case is a creature(Obviously)

Memnarch

7

Legendary Artifact Creature - Wizard

4/5

1UU: Target permanent becomes an artifact in addition to its other types.
(This effect doesn't end at end of turn.)

3U: Gain control of target artifact. (This effect doesn't end at end of
turn.)

Thank you

The equipment stays equipped to the stealed permanent. The controller of the
equipment doesn't change, so that player can move the equipment in it's own
main phase to another creature he or she controls.

The equipment "stays on". You don't ALSO gain control of the equipment -
Memnarch doesn't say you do (though of course you could use its ability a
second time to -also- gain control of it) - so the equipment is still
controlled by its previous controller, and they can move it at an appropriate
time to another creature they control. But nothing causes the equipment to
"fall off"; it's not illegal for an equipment to BE on a creature controlled
by a different player, it's just not possible to get it there by using the
Equip ability alone.

The permanent you gain control of will have summoning sickness; permanents get
"sick" upon coming into play, and upon changing controllers, and permanents
stop being "sick" as their current controller's turn starts. The permanent
won't care whether it's 'sick' unless it's a creature - but in this situation,
with an equipment on it, it's got to be a creature, so yes, it will care.

Since Jasper did not answer that one, yes the control creature as
summoning sickess.
If a creature did not start the turn on your side (control), it as
summoning sickness.
