It's possible that a background application is itself suffering a bug as you shutdown your computer. This is not necessarily a problem, as you shutdown a computer Windows will systematically close applications and clear/flush RAM of data. As this occurs it can create conditions where an application can no longer access data in a portion of RAM that has been cleared.
These kinds of issues are generally pretty minor, and may also be patched out in newer versions of the applications in question. So if you aren't experiencing any other issues besides the memory read error I doubt its something to be concerned with.
