MEMok flashing red/1 long 2 short beeps.

Having a memory issue with my mobo. Asus z170-a is my mobo. Turning the pc on gives me 1 long beep and 2 short ones and the memok light is flashing red. I reseated the ram multiple times and I cleared the cmos and removed the battery. I'm thinking the mobo is faulty. Any ideas?

1| Since this is a thread of troubleshooting nature, please state your full system's specs inclusive of your OS.
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
3| It'd be very helpful if you can state the specs of your rams in your system.
4| Have you tried booting with only one stick of ram(in the ram slot stated in your manual, i.e DIMM A2)?
5| Try breadboarding to eliminate any grounding issues within your chassis.
