Discussion Memorable Demos?

As a kid I spent a lot of time in doors and didn't have a lot of money. I found myself mostly playing demos of popular games and not actually buying them. Looking back I have a lot of fond memories of that. Which is a bit strange since most of the time these were small chunks of full games I never played.

Small list I can remember very well:
Crusader: No Remorse (DOS)
Tribes 2 (Windows)
Super Runabout (Dreamcast)
Virtua Tennis (Dreamcast)

Anyone else remember certain game demos as fondly or as well as other full game titles?

I played the original Doom demo a lot on Mac. My first Mac came with a demo CD. Which came with the original Prince of Persia and some helicopter game I played a lot. There was also one of the Dynasty Warriors games on PS2 which I played the demo a lot. Not much else I can think of. I mostly just bought games if I liked them after playing the demo.
