Question Memorey usage

hey ., i have a high end pc
gtx 1080 8gb
8gb ram 2400hz
250ssd 2tb hdd
i7-8700 cpu 3.2ghz
but my memorey uasge shows on task manager is above 50% without opening anything . literally the highest program opened show less than 300mb usage any ideas?

yes it normal. windows 10 just use memory for better performance. it will release it if you need it for app.
