Memory almost full in idle?

I just upgraded my PC from this:

CPU: Athlon II x2 240
RAM: 3GB
Motherboard: Asus M4N78 SE

to this:

CPU: i5 - 4460
RAM: 8GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte H97 Gaming 3

I thought 8GB would be enough but ever since i upgraded the RAM usage its almost full even if i'm not running much. Here are some pictures:

You might argue that im running alot of windows with Google Chrome, but there was only page opened and my older rig was able to run Chrome aswell without taking much space. So far i do not have much problems running programs or games, but i'm worried something might happen.

Make sure XMP is enabled in the bios.

Look for malware with Malwarebytes Antimalware and your antivirus.Avast has a bootscan,if having that try it.

get rid of that chrome to start its known to take memory and not release it back and keeps building up

google around chrome is a resource hog or chrome is memory hog or chrome is a cpu hog and start reading up
