memory and disk 90%-100% usage

suddenly the last 2 days i have 90%+ usage memory and disk...i dont know why thats happening and how to fix it...any ideas ? windows 10 btw

It could be that there are a lot of window updates being applied. Also the apps from the store might be updating as well if you have set it to update automatically.
