You mean the frequency at which your ram is running or what it's advertised to run at? Those are two things. If you're looking for the advertised speeds, then you only need to look at the sticker that's on the side of the ram stick. If you want to see what speeds the ram is running at, either go into BIOS or you can use CPU-Z>memory tab when in the OS.
