sir I treid cmd and file manegar prosses but same problem my memory card not formet so I traid recover my date but not recover and my memory card show row file so pless sir help me

Assuming you have a backup of the data on this drive, you could try to format with diskpart.. I had (pretty rare) case where cleaning the drive and formating from diskpart did work for the drive, depending on the corruption.

And please, if it is a memory card, make sure that you didn't lock it (there is a little lock to slide on the side of the card)
