Please tell us more detailed information of your problems.
Is it write protected? The write protected memory card only allows one to read the inner data instead of doing any changes to the inner data, such as formatting the card or deleting the inner data?
Is that your problem.

If that is your problem, you could easily remove the write protection by sliding a switch on this card and format it afterwards. But, if you don't find such a switch, you also could remove it like this:
