My thread is not so much of a thread as it's a question.
Basically i have a GTX 1060 6GB and when I started overclocking it I found that my base Memory Clock Speed is 4007Mhz, but on the manufacturers website shows that it's Clock Speed is 8007Mhz.
Should I be concerned about this?

Solution
Completely normal. GDDR5 is a QDR memory which basically means its effective speed is 4x the base speed of 2000MHz. The 4000 you see is its DDR speed(double data rate).
