Currently my memory clock on Amd Ryzen Master is at 1067 mhz and it maxes at 2200 mhz is it safe to max it out i have 3 fans in my pc my cpu is a amd ryzen 5 2600 using the corsair rgb 16gb ram

What ram do you have? Show a picture of spd tab in cpuz.

Currently your ram is running at 2133 DDR. This speed is standard. If you have higher speed ram then enable xmp in the bios. Don't let Ryzen master overclock ram, it can crash the system in Windows if not stable.
