[SOLVED] Memory compatibility issues?

I have built a new system with a
New Gigabyte ga-a320m-sh2 motherboard
Used Ryzen 5 1400
Video card something

Point is, when I get my memory in the mail that is the right 3200 MHz for my Mobo support and plug it in, I get memory beep codes (one long and 3 short) .
With it being only one stick and giving me the same beep codes in each slot, I did some digging and read that possibly the 3200mhz was too fast for the Ryzen 1400, so I went to Best buy and bought 2400 MHz 2*16gb Corsair vengeance and get the same beep codes.

I have been troubleshooting the hell out of this thing. As the memory is the only thing left in the computer, am I just missing something stupid?

Why can't I seem to get the right memory after following all of the specs from processor and mobo?

Thanks in advance for any help given.

Hope everyone is staying safe out there

Solution
Ok so, if I've tried multiple video cards and still get the same code, any other ideas?
Make sure you plugged in the correct power cable to the motherboard and the GPU. CPU 4+4 or 8pin say CPU on the connector and graphics card power should say PCIE for 6 and 6+2 pin connectors.
