Question Memory compatibility

Hi, to all
I made a recent purchase of a MSI x570 gaming edge MB. and a AMD Ryzen 7 2700 CPU, I installed Corsair CMK16GX4M4A2666 C16 memory that I had working fine in my other computer but when I powered up the led for the memory lights up and will not post. Any help from this community would be greatly appreciated.

Pay attention to inspection for bent/damaged CPU pins as this can cause memory issues. Also want to ensure the CPU cooler is not on too tight as this can also cause memory slot faults.

If you look at the specifications from corsair site, they say the RAM is for intel system. In theory, that RAM should fit with either intel or AMD, but AM4 motherboard is little bit picky for RAM, so try these step like other member said, if you still have problem, buy the new RAM.
