Question Memory Compatibility

Hi all,

Looking for some help with my first proper build...

I've got a ASUS P9X79 PRO mobo, I've currently running 32gb ram....

I've just updated the bios from the website and the latest bios is adding 16gb capability...

As I'm unsure I don't want to plug and play, so would like to know IF these spare 16gb modules I have laying around would work...

16gb 4Rx4 PC3 8500R Hynix HMT42GR7AMR4C-G7 T7 AB

and I also have

16gb 4Rx4 PC3-8500R Hynix HMT42GR7IBMR4C-G7 D2 AC

Would someone with more knowledge, be able to tell me IF it would work, installing the 16gb modules into the Mobo with its latest bios...
