Memory compatibly and dual channel

Hi everybody!!!
I have a question:
I have a Gigabyte EP45-UD3 with 2x Corsair dominator DDR2-1066 PC2-8500 CL 5-5-5-15. Voltage 2.1V in dual channel.

Now I'm looking for upgrading for another pair of 2gb sticks and I'm wondering if this pair would be ok:
Corsair xms2 2X2GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 CL 4-4-4-12 Voltage 2.1V

would it be possible?
and if it is, would it be in dual channel?

There is a chance it will not work because of incompatibility issue and if it do work you will be running all the RAM at lower spec. You would be better of getting a new 2x4 GB kit.

Well,
getting a "new" 2x4 GB would be the problem since I don't seem to find a 2x4gb 1066Mhz ddr2 pc2-8500 2.1v these days, even harder to find in Buenos Aires.
