Memory Configs and 2800mhz overclock

I have a Cpu Intel core 2 duo e4500(2,20)at 2,53 ghz somewhere.
If i make the Fsb at 230 its ok,if more than it ,blue screen of death.
What Vcore and other configurations so my G.Skill f3 @1600 runs at least at a higher frequency than cpuz say it is?
Also note its ddr3 triple channel and it says dual channel.

also tell me where can i find in bios the disable from making my cpu fall at x6 and 1300mhz?

Woot.
I have now 2900mhz 264 x 11 but at a really high voltage!
I need 2 answers!
1,how do i mark thread as solved?
2,How can i see if my system is stable?,because my ram is now at 1.600 voltage!
Give me more stable times someone!
at 3000mhz it is unable to POST.
voltage at 1.40
