memory configuration mismatch

Dear Readers, I have a Dell pc. Usually when i started it there was no problem. But now i get the problem memory configuration mismatch. I dont know a lot of computers so i hope that one of you does and can help me. This problem is annoying becouse i need to switch with my screen to my second video card Becouse otherweis i dont get the bios screen and this error mistake. I hope that one of you can help me.

Have you added or changed any hardware or drivers? What model of Dell?

The model number thats is standing on the case is : DCTA. But my PC is put together. So i dont know were i can find the exact information. What information do you need and where can i find it? I din't changed anything on my pc. From one moment the error whas there. Also my pc overheated like 2 times. But not anymore. The pc had enough air so that was strange.

Might download CPU-Z and run it - look in the memory tab and let us know how much memory what frequency and the timings they are running at
