Memory could not be written error

No idea what to do.

The reason you are getting the popup window with the error you provided in your screen shot.
Is because the program, or game is trying to access a memory location of the main system ram
That the windows os that you are running on the system has reserved for windows.

If so it is memory protected for sole use of the windows Os.
Any access of the memory location by another program or game running will result in the error you are seeing.

The main cause can be a lack of main memory in the system, or if you have enough main system memory.
Or for example if you get the error, and have say plenty of ram, memory installed on your motherboard.
say 8gb of memory or more, up to 16Gb.

That you have not enabled, memory hole remapping in your bios of your motherboard.
Most errors like it are because some of the files stored at the memory location as said are being used by the windows os and are memory protected.

The other way to get rid of the error is to increase your virtual memory size file that windows sets up to a larger memory size.
Terminate or close any programs set to auto run at windows start up to conserve what little memory you do have after windows os has loaded.

You are right on the money. I have 16gb of ram @2133. What size do you think I should increase it to?

Sigh. I figured out how to fix the problem but no matter what I set the RAM to, I get the same error.
