Memory dividers

If I use a memory divider so I can up my FSB more will that decrease the memory throughput?

If you read Cpuz un your system, you can see the RAM speed you are running. Regular is 200MHz (ddr400)

SO if you Overclock with a memdivider, and check cpuz, if your memory is higher than 200MHz even with the divider then the divider is not hurting your throughput.
