Memory dump Issue

Gudday! Great Tech analyst...Weldon..all. Kindly help me out here; I have a dell desktop system with 2 memory slot and filled with separate 256Mb's mean while i replace one with 512Mb, in the cause of booting the system, post a question; press F1 to septup and pres F2 to continue booting to desktop, i select continue to desktop then to reboot the sytem only signals orange color and never boot again but always show this signal color at every point of reboot, no dispaly at all. I have swap the memories even the the original modules that came with it.. all resulting the same way.

what can i do?

Good day to you too mate...Ahm....I can't read your post.It's mispelled to hell.I am guessing when you changed out the 256 MB with a 512 MB and you got an orange screen? Please clarify your post.
