Memory for G41D3C motherboard

Mother Board: Biostar G41DEC
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core E2160(1.8GHz)
RAM: Samsung 1GB M378B2873FHS-CF8 DDR3-1066 PC8500 1066MHz CL3 DDR3 ID10830
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 7200GS
PSU: 450 Watts

I want buy a new ram
[Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)]

In the memory specs for my motherboard are given as

Support Dual Channel DDR3 1333(OC)/1066/800 MHz
Note: FSB800 CPU only support DDR3-800

can I buy above mentioned Corsair RAM?

Since your CPU is the Intel E2160 which only runs an 800MHz Front Side Bus, that memory is not supported. Given that I cannot find DDR3-800 RAM anywhere, I expect that RAM *would* work, but run at 800MHz.

also can i use both in dual channel mode?

You can probably install it just fine, but I don't think it will run in dual-channel as they're different sized RAM modules (1GB vs 4GB).
