Question memory for MB

Asrock says AB350m Pro4 can go to 3200+ OC, does this mean I can use g. skill 3000 in it? Im stucK at G.skill says nothing over 2666 is compatible with the board, can someone clear this up? Is it I can overclock 2666 to up to 3200+ OC or actually get 3000 or 3200 memory in it?

Means you can get a 3000 kit , but it will most likely run at 2933.
