Memory for P4 2.6b

Which of these would you choose for an Intel P4 2.6b? Price isn't a major issue.

[Edit: Just realised I may well be able to get hold of a P4 2.8C, so maybe PC4000+ in case I do?]

[Crashman]

I'd get 1GB (2*512MB) of Crucial Ballistix PC4000. The stuff runs at 2.5-3-3-8 at PC4000 speed (most others run 3-4-4-8 at that speed), and it works good at lower latencies if you clock lower (2-2-2-5 at PC3200, 2-3-2-6 at PC3500 speed).
