Hello everybody , I want to change my 6GB of memory for a larger memory value , the fault of the price , I think is not feasible change for a kit 12gb , for I have found cheaper 16GB kits , but therein lies my question . I have an Asus Rampage III Extreme , I wonder if she accepts an upgrade 2x4GB 1600 to 2133 , or 2x8gb 1600 to 2133 , this board supports dual 8gb or 16gb ? Someone already did that experience in this type of board ? and RAM designs which use? Forgive my English. Thank you all for the attention.

Solution
The Ripjaws, Sniper and Vengeance modules are all good and of high quality. I'd recommend the Ripjaws first, but the other two are good as well. Probably if was me I'd go with whichever model had the lowest CAS latency and price.
That board supports up to 24GB of RAM and up to 2200mhz modules. Two 8GB modules, in a MATCHED set, would be a good configuration at 1866 or 2133mhz, if you have an unlocked processor. If you have a locked chip it would probably be best to stay with 1600mhz modules, but 2 x8GB 1600mhz would be fine in that case.

Thank you for your help darkbreeze . I have a i7 980X , I am intending to buy one of these memories : Ripjaws X, SNIPER G.SKILL or Corsair Vengeance or Vengeance Pro or both between 1600 and 2133. What is your suggestion ?
