Previously I found only 1 memory sku from Corsair that listed as compatible for all 3 Ryzen series on an MSI B450M Gaming Plus. That was CMK 64GX4M8B3200C16 VER 4.31, right in the QVL list.
Now on the Corsair site I only can find that sku in some 64GB $359 set. Would anyone know if that is correct? Is there any other kit that will easily run 3200, even from Gkill, that would work with all plebeian Ryzens (1600, 1700, 2600, 3600)?

Ran a search but none of the hits were pertinent. Prefer 2 x 8GB.

Thank you.

Who said I was going to do that? I may want to upgrade to: 2600, 3600, 1700, etc. Simply want to buy ram once.

Is it a total unknown as far as a kit that would work? I thought someone might know of upgrading from at least 1600 to 2600 and maybe someone who recently upgraded from 2600 to 3600 using same brand and maybe I'd get lucky.

Sounds like MSI are not going to be able to tell me that. Well, guess it's not huge if I need to switch ram later.

Didn't know that 64 entailed a 64GB kit and then thought I might find a 16GB that matched the rest of the sku.

Sadly, I think I'll have to try for ram that works w/ the most likely upgrade chip.

Thanks vapour.

i am currently using this....and it say AMD compatible

All you really need is for it to be DDR4 and above 3000 MHz for it to work well with Ryzen. Even RAM that is listed as compatible sometimes doesn't reach advertised speeds.

The RAM you listed is a 64GB kit. The 64 at the start of it represents 64GB. It also comes in a 128GB kit.

What country are you in? 2×8GB DDR4-3200 can be bought quite cheaply nowadays. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Jm...-8-gb-ddr4-3200-memory-tlzrd416g3200hc16cdc01

Yes, I'm aware of prices. When I found only one kit listed as 'supported' under all three series I wanted to educated myself. Luckily this one post has resolved my question. I now think there are a number of (many?) kits that will work for all three.

Thanks.
