Hello,

Hopefully someone can help as I have been searching for hours.

I just put together a build with the following components:

Ryzen 7 2700x
G. Skill Trident Z RGB 2x16, 3200 mhz; F4-3200C16D-32GTZRX
ASUS ROG Strix X470-f motherboard
MSI Armor GTX 1080 OC

My issue is that my memory is being detected as 2133 mhz in the bios. I have manually set it to 3200mhz but have not changed the voltage(voltage is at 1.2, should I change it?). My computer boots and on will run Heaven on ultra without any issues with frequency set at 3200. (is heaven even a good benchmark to use when testing memory?)

Now my next issue is that even though I have the memory set to 3200, when I open CPU-Z, its only detecting it as 1599 mhz....

What should I do to get the most out of this setup? I cant seem to be able to find any XMP settings in the ROG bios.

Do you have the latest bios?

Asus recommends updating chipset driver to 18.50.16 or later before updating bios. However, when I go to the AMD website the latest available version is 18.10.1810... Why cant I see the later versions? and for some reason, their auto detect crap is detecting my motherboard as an A320.
