Question Memory frequency not right and only 8/16 GB usabld

So I just upgraded my ram from 8gb 2400mhz to 16gb 3000gb. I enabled xmp in the bios and put them on the right slot. In windows the task manager says that only 8 gigs out of 16 are usable and that the memory frequency is shown as 2400mhz. I have a ga-ab350m gaming 3 motherboard with all driver updates done and a ryzen 5 1500x.

So you installed a new 2x8gb 3000mhz RAM kit and they're installed in A2 and B2 slots?
