Hello,

I've recently noticed my graphics card (XFX Radeon RX 460 Passive Heatsink Edition 2GB GDDR5) reaches maximum memory speed of 2000Mhz only. Altho it should be 7000Mhz.

I've checked Radeon Crimson's "vattman" and the highest value i can go is 2000Mhz.

I have no other GPU software installed.

Any clue why it'snot 7000? Or how to fix this?

I use:
XFX Radeon RX 460 Passive Heatsink Edition 2GB GDDR5 PCIE
Gigabyte GA-Z170N-WIFI
Intel® Core™ i5-6500 3.2 GHz 6MB LGA1151
Kingston 8GB PC17000 DDR4 HyperX Fury KIT OF 2
Samsung SM961 Series 128GB M.2 PCIE
Not overclocked yet.

The mem clock you see in WattMan is the command clock. The write clock is what's in charge of reads/writes to VRAM which runs at 2x the command clock. Because it's GDDR (dual data rate) you multiply the wite clock by 2x, or command clock by 4x to arrive at the "effective memory clock" that manufacturers advertise.
