memory frequency problems

I just bought some new ram 16gb g skill trident z rgb 3200mhz and I just booted my pc and I went to bios and the freq was 2133mhz so I put it up on 3200mhz because thats the speed they tell me it has and now my pc won't boot its just stuck on the republic of gamers screen

exact model of the motherboard? what is the full system spec?
did you use the xmp/docp memory profile?
new replace or new add to existing ram?
