Hi all,

I just purchased a new PC and am wondering about RAM & XMP profile. I have Corsair vengeance RGB pro 3200mhz 16GB RAM and noticed it was only running at 2133mhz. After some research I turned on XMP profile to give me the full 3200mhz. When I turned it on, I got a BSOD not long after running it.

SOC voltage: 1.1V
DRAM: 1.35V (was 1.2V by default but what advised 1.35V may be better)

My build is a 3900x, 2060 super and a gigabyte x570 aorus motherboard.

I want to know if that is just coincidental and have another problem or it sounds linked.

When it BSOD'd, it created a dumpfile and i used bluescreenview to tell me some more about it and gave me the attached info.

ntfs.sys and ntoskrnl.exe errors.

latest bios?
full system spec? include make and model of the psu
After the BSOD, i updated the bios and changed DRAM voltage to 1.35v and left SOC voltage at 1.1V.
Full part list:
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz Memory - White
Samsung 970 Pro 512GB NVMe 1.3 M.2 (2280) 3D V-NAND SSD - MZ-V7P512BW
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R ARGB AIO Liquid CPU Cooler
Deepcool RGB 350 Colour LED Strip Magnetic Lighting Kit With Remote
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12 Core Socket AM4 3.8GHz CPU Processor + Wraith Prism Cooler
Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE WIFI AM4 ATX Motherboard
AB90488 In Win 303 Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Case - White
Corsair RM750x White Series 750W 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER GAMING OC 3X WHITE 8GB Video Card

Given what bluescreenview provided to me, i think it may of been the RAM, after some research.

Im hoping the adjustment to DRAM voltage and bios update will fix this?
